    Alpha Omega Integration LLC is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to provide client service support for a range of Federal, state and local, and commercial agencies spanning cleared and un-cleared engagements. In addition to operations activities, assistance leading and winning new business pursuits and critical re-competes, and supporting business development strategy will be required.



    The Contracts Administrator will support the compliant negotiation and execution of various contracts with the business partners and customers. This person can expect to participate in all facets of tracking and reporting on the status of contract data requirements and deliverables.


    • Supports all aspects for contract and subcontract administration to include contract and subcontract negotiations, contract administration, front-end strategic assessment of business pursuits, and customer interactions to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications
    • Reviews NDAs, TAs, Contracts and subcontracts
    • Process contract and subcontract actions requested by the program management team
    • Works in conjunction with program management, program control, accounting, security and business development to support all aspects of contract and subcontract administration and management
    • Ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions, flow down requirements, and that contracts are in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations
    • Prepares and maintains various reports and tracking mechanisms for both internal and external distribution
    • Drafts and negotiates terms and conditions for agreements, including consulting service agreements, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
    • Reviews and updates standard agreement templates while identifying terms and clauses in agreements that represent compliance risks
    • Provide contractual interpretation, guidance and risk assessment to executive team as it pertains to Alpha Omega Integrations business and values
    • Perform cost/price analysis of subcontractor bids and proposals
    • Provides input on federal compliance issues and liaison between business units and additional staff as required.
    • Ensures standard contracts practices are utilized across the organization with a focus on continuous improvement

    Successful performance of these functions will be dependent upon the candidate’s knowledge of the following:


    • Relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts / subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS
    • Application of relevant flow-down provisions to subcontractors
    • Ability to gain understanding and apply company policies to contract/subcontractor performance
    • Apply understanding of best value criteria for procurement of products and services
    • Understanding of contract administration requirements to maintain accurate records and surveillance during performance
    • Ability to utilize independent judgment within defined procedures



    • BS/BA degree in business related field or equal relevant experience
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in Contracting and/or Subcontracts fields with demonstrated application and interpretation of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the development, negotiation and administration of high-dollar, multi-year, complex contracts and subcontracts
    • Knowledge of federal government relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFARS, and other agency regulations required
    • Strong background in drafting subcontract technical terms, develop negotiation strategies and providing directions to the team on management and oversight of all subcontract agreements
    • Extensive experience providing RFP/RFI/SOW reviews
    • Previous experience with contract reviews and the facilitation of buying of goods and/or services
    • Demonstrated ability to provide briefings to management regarding contract status, obstacles and strategy
    • Ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively with all parties internally and externally
    • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong business relationships
    • Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast paced challenging environment and manage multiple, and oftentimes competing priorities
